Lakshman Jhula​

Lakshman Jhula, built in year 1939 is main attraction of city from that time only, although there are many beautiful and adventure places to visit in Rishikesh. Lakshman Juhla is a 143.25 m long swinging bridge hanging 70 feet above Ganga river. One of the best places to visit in Rishikesh, a motor-able bridge which is open only for walking and enjoy flow of Ganga river on the swinging bridge.

Neelkanth Mahadev Temple

Neelkanth Mahadev Temple located at an altitude of 1,675 m (5,495.5 ft) above sea level. It is a holy shrine for Hindus dedicated to Lord Shiva where he drank “halahala” (the Venom),  which is the churning out of ocean created by which is created by Devas and Asuras in fight of getting “Amrita” (elixir of lofe).
